Offered as a load bearing and non-load bearing panel, able to be laid horizontally or vertically, offered in range of colours and finishes to meet an architects vision or an existing structure; Span Precast Wallpanels are the only true multi-role element.
- Large Surface Areas
The Span Precast Hollowcore Wallpanel is the single largest insulated, finished wall system available in the market. With a single panel able to cover up to 38 sq/m no other precast element is able to offer such fast erection or design advantages.
- Minmum Number of Joints
The most simple design is the best design. Span Precast Wallpanels provide an uninterrupted aesthetic to your building with less joints then any other building system.
- Energy Efficient
As Hollow Core is a natural insulator from energy loss, combining it with a second layer of thermal insulation results in a product with one of the highest thermal & sound resistance ratings in the industry. In the hot climates of the Middle East, using a product that efficiently keeps the structure cooler for longer is vital in maximising the buildings long term cost efficiency.

-Delivery
SPC wall panels can be stored off site and delivered when required thereby conforming to the Just In Time (JIT) technique major contractors adhere to in the UAE. Once delivered to site, they can be lifted directly from the truck onto the structure with ease.
- 'Fast Track' Erection
Hollow Core wall panels are delivered to site ready to erect. The finished panel is lifted into its correct position and secured to the structure using a selection of connection types all of which requires a crew of no more than 7 people. Once sealed, the wall provides an immediately weatherproof enclosure, allowing other works to begin.

Utilising a new hollow core technology need not mean your building be redesigned. Span Precast Hollow Core can be installed with masonary, concrete, steel and many other support structures all with simple, industry tested connections. Even the most critical project schedules can be maintained all year round, in any weather. Manufactured and cured on our site, Span Precast Hollow Core is delivered ready to erect. With our erection crew of 4 people, up to 10,000 square feet can be installed per day.

DESCRIPTION
A multi-talented product...
Its Hollowcore, evolved. A thick layer of energy efficient thermal insulation integrally sandwiched between a durable Hollow Core layer and attractive exterior concrete finish. the ultimate balance between beauty, a finished no maintenance exterior wall and an energy efficienct, sound & thermal resistant wall solution.
Manufactured in the same way as our hollowcore floor range, SPC insulated wallpanels are made up of three core layers, 2.4m Hollowcore, highly thermal & sound resistant insulation and a thin finishing ‘topping’ layer.
Hollowcore – A variable thickness layer of prestressed, precast concrete unit that has a series of predetermined hollow spaces running throughout the length of the product. Made of 40% air, thermal & sound resistance properties are leading.
Insulation – A lightweight, variable thickness layer of polystrene, it is secured directly into the hollowcore slab and provides a thermal break between the interior and exterior of the structure.
Topping Layer – A thin layer of concrete, the topping layer provides a finished exterior finish to the wallpanel. Available with a variety of high quality exterior features and finishes which can be used as a building’s final surface with no painting, plastering or preparation required throughout the product’s lifecycle.
MANUFACTURING & CONSTRUCTION QUALITIES
All of Span Precast’s products are manufactured inhouse. Thus the environment in which our product range is produced in can be more readily controlled compared to at a building site. Combine this with our 10 step Quality control program at key points in the production process and highly experienced dedicated ‘quality officers’; and the result is a product that is not only reliable but exceeds government regulations.
